Great care, convenient hours
Appointment hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the office is located at our Bainbridge facility. Same-day appointments are often available for existing patients. All physicians are accepting new patients. Call (765) 522-1889 to schedule a meet-and-greet appointment.

Our patients have access to a free, secure patient portal called MyChart. Whether you’re at home, work, or traveling, you can view test results, communicate securely with your healthcare provider, request refills, manage your billing account and access your family’s medical information.
